The meal that I am eating, is for all occasions. You can have it for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper / night snack - anytime you are a little bit hungry. Chow KuehTeow is in Cantonese. Chow means fried, and KuehTeow is the type of noddles that they use. All of the plates are usually lined with a banana leaf. The dish contains kerang ( type of shell fish ), taugeh ( bean sprouts ), prawns and the eggs that are fried into the dish. I had my dish not spicy but, other people can have it spicy.
