Apam [ AAH - PHAAM]

Here is how apam is being made. Main ingredient is rice flour. It is light and crispy on the sides and has a very soft middle. An apam seller usually has 8-10 little woks going at one time. This stall is one in Section 17 of the open market. One must get up early to eat apam ;-)

I would have to say that apam is one of the best breakfasts in the world.

In the first photo it is of my brother Siddh and my dad eating up the last bit of apam. In the next you are seeing my dads boss, Miss.Cinnamon with her apam. It is also one of her favorite.

  3. What's kinds of sports do they play in Malaysia. Would you like to play one? Or have you played sports there? Are the sports fun to play or watch? Just wondering what you are doing while you are there. I am looking forward to soccer season. - Jordan

  4. Dear Jordan,
The sports in Malaysia are really hard to do. Some of the sports names are badminton and sepak takraw. I have played badminton before and that is really fun! If we were playing soccer over here it would be called football. It kinda makes sense because, you kick the ball with your feet.
